With 18 years of experience working in the third sector, producing proposals and research for the government and also the private sector, with a concern for the development of Brazil, whether acting directly or through consultancies, Elaini Silva stands out for expertise and concern for quality, objectivity, ethics and efficiency in solving problems of private and business lives of international dimensions, such as the family that crosses borders, international contracts or the application of international standards in Brazil.

• Master in International Law at USP Law School (2007).
• PhD in International Law from the Faculty of Law of USP (2011), with a period as a visiting researcher in the programme desiguALdades.net of Freie Universität Berlin (FUB) and Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut (IAI) in Germany.
